This is because Windows automatically adjusts the system volume.
For example, while playing a game, the volume may be automatically adjusted when the volume is reduced or you are making Skype calls on your PC.
Automatic volume control seems to be a lot of trouble for many users. It is also annoying to manually adjust the volume every time the automatic adjustment.

Open Sound Properties

Changing the “Sound” setting

If there is no effect.. Set the “Speaker”
▼ If the irregular volume is not corrected by the above setting, please try the following method.
In the Sound window, select the 1Playback tab.
Select 1“Speakers/Headphones“, click 2button below. Or, right-click on the displayed “Speakers/Headphones,” and click 3“Properties“.
▼ The “Speakers / Headphones Properties” window opens. Select the 1Enhancements tab and check 2Disable all sound effects.

In “Device Usage:“, “Do not use this device (disabled)” is the default setting. Click at the right end, and select 1“Use this device (enable)” to switch it. Click 2button.

Right click on 1“Stereo Mixer” again and click 2button.
