On Windows, you can set the desktop that you want to customize using themes. The theme is a collection of background images, window colors and sounds. You can make my theme with your favorite things and change the background image and sound of PC desktop at once.
Background settings: Picruew, Solid color and Slideshow
You can set to background as a part of the desktop theme and use it as one of three kinds of Picture, Solid color and Slideshow. You can choose the image that comes with Windows as the default image, but you can also use your own original image.

Set theme
You can change the desktop background, the border color of the window, and sound, screensaver etc. according to your preference, or make an original.
▼ Click
> Settings > 1Personalizion.
Alternatively, right-click on the desktop and click 1Personalization on the menu.

Background
▼ The “Personalizion Settings” window opens as below. Clicking 1Themes, it consists of 24 types such as “Background“, “Color“, “Sound“, “Mouse cursor“.
The desktop background(Wallpaper) is the display screen that is displayed first when you logged in to Windows. In Windows, you can set your own wallpaper.

Colors
You can set the color of the accent color and Start, Taskbar, Title bars, Window border, and so on.
1▼ Automatically pick an accent color from my background: The color is automatically changed according to the background color of the desktop.
If you uncheck this check box, list of colors is displayed so that you can select the color as below. You can specify the accent color by clicking on the desired color.

▼ Also you can select more options as below.

▼ 1Transparency effects: When “On” is selected, the window below will be blurred if the windows overlap.

▼ 2Show accent color on the following surfaces: Start, taskbar, and action center, Title bars: After setting “On“, the color specified in “Theme” above will be displayed in the color of Start Screen, Taskbar.

▼ When Checking 1Title bars, you can see the color of Title bar that you specified it.

▼ 3Choose your default app mode: You can specify the background color of “Windows settings” mode. Usually, “Light” is the default setting, but if you change this to “Dark“, the window will change to black as shown below.

Setting in Control Panel
▼ You can make more detailed settings in the Control Panel. Open Control Panel. As below, press
