After a major update to the Windows 10 Creators Update(version 1703), the default shell for Windows 10 was changed from a Command Prompt to Windows PowerShell.
▼ When pressing Shortcut
key, the following Context Menu will be displayed. As below, the menu on the left is the previous menu before updating Creators Update and Command prompt was the default shell, but after the update, it was replaced by 2Windows PowerShell.In addition, after Creators Update,1Control Panel also disappeared, it’s position changes to 1Settings.

After Windows 10 Creators Update(version 1703), Control panel item disappeared from the right click menu of

Now that you have become accustomed to the Command Prompt, you might want to keep using the “command prompt” as the default shell in the Context Menu.
▼ Setting is simple. 1Right-click on the taskbar, and then click 2Taskbar Settings.

▼ On the Taskbar Settings, you just turn it 1Off of the following toggle button.
Replace Command Prompt with Windows PowerShell in the menu when I right-click the start button or press Windows key + X
